Where do I login?
The login link is located in the top right corner of each page on the TSS Community site, next to the ASM logo. This login is for all TSS members and TSS Community registered users.

How do I login to the TSS Community?
Select the login link (top right corner) to view the login page. Enter your ASM Member ID/User ID or email address and password. Passwords are case sensitive. We recommend logging in with your ASM Member ID/User ID due to email address changes.

Does the Member ID/User ID that I use for the ASM Website and the TSS site work in the new TSS Community?
Yes.  If you don’t have a Member or User ID, become a Registered User or TSS member today.

What if I forget my password?
Help is available on the login page. If you still cannot resolve your question, please contact Customer Service at 800/336-5152 ext. 0.

I don't know if I have a login - what do I do?
Are you an ASM member? Use your ASM Member ID to login.  If you forget your password, or don’t know what it is, help is available from the login page.

I need to update my account information (phone, address, etc.) - how do I do this?
MyTSS Home provides links to update your account profile, technical profile, change your password, view order history, and manage community preferences. You must be logged in to access these functions.

How do I know if my TSS membership has expired? How do I know when I need to renew?
Check the Community Benefits area of MyTSS Home to see your current membership status and expiration date. This area will also notify you when you are eligible to renew your membership! You must be logged in to access these functions.

I am an ASM Member, but would like to add TSS Membership - how do I do this?
If you are eligible to renew (check the Community Benefits area of MyTSS Home), you can simply add TSS membership as part of your membership renewal.  If your ASM membership is not eligible for renewal, please contact Customer Service at 800/336-5152 ext. 0 to add TSS Membership to your ASM Membership.

• Access to 25 conference papers from the International Thermal Spray Conference (ITSC)
• View the current issue of iTSSe, the TSS quarterly newsletter
• Participate in discussion forums and view current posts

Does it cost to register?
No, it’s free.  Just give us a little bit of information and you can enjoy expanded access to the TSS community.

How do I subscribe to the TSS Forums?
If you are a new user, you may select this option as part of the registration process. If you have already registered, MyTSS Home provides a link to manage community preferences. This includes your subscription to the TSS Forums. You must be logged in to access these functions.

Can other users see MyBookmarks or MyBookshelf?
No - this is your own personalized area of the community. Future community releases will provide the ability to share these only if you wish to.

Can other users see My Saved Searches?
If you have selected the "Shown in Community" option when creating or editing your saved search agents, then these will be available for other community users to view.

How can I get more involved?
If you enjoy working with other top professionals in the thermal spray community, we invite you to get involved on a committee. Through the products we develop and refine, volunteers provide information and expertise that make a direct contribution to the field of thermal spray.
